Tina Phillips LISW-CP
Tina Phillips is a Licensed Independent Social Worker, LISW-CP Supervisor, Master Reiki Practitioner, advocate, and agent of change in her community. Through her innovative work with dually adjudicated youth as a Child Welfare Specialist, serving as a Level D+ group home therapist and consultant, intensive in home therapy provider and clinical program manager at a sexual assault center, Tina has developed a non- judgmental, open communicative and empathic approach that is successful in helping clients to reframe their current position and envision a plan to reach their goals. Tina opened No Shame Counseling, Reiki & Consultation to provide healing and trauma informed care to the community. Tina is a national speaker and co-creator/facilitator of "Boys In The Hood" and "Arrested Development" trainings, she developed the Young Men of Color Trauma Assessment and Young Women of Color Trauma Assessment tools which are being used nationwide by mental health professionals and youth advocates. Tina prides herself in being open, laid back, clinically/spiritually intuitive, culturally woke and down to Earth as the reasons why many feel connected and drawn to her services. Combining formal education, personal growth/ascension and purpose; Tina walks alongside each client on their healing journey empowering them to experience and enjoy their new freedom without shame or apology.
